Students appear for Four Unit Tests and Two Semesters in a year
First Unit test is in the month of July (20 Marks)
Second Unit test is in the month of August (20 Marks)
First Semester in the month of October (80 Marks)
Third Unit Test in the month of January (20 Marks) Here the Xth std students have their Preliminary examination.
Fourth Unit Test is in the month of February (20 Marks)
Second Semester is in the month of March (80 Marks)
The students from class 5th to 8th follow the same pattern
Like the academic subjects have the same marking scheme and the optional subjects like P.T., and Drawing, are tested for 100 marks
Music and DPW are tested annually, as they are graded subjects.
For classes 9th and 10th
The board guidelines are followed for the academic subjects and optional subjects
Class 9th ICT is tested twice a year for 75 marks and an average out of 50 marks is calculated.
For activity of P.D. each semester, 50 marks exam is conducted and an average of 50 marks is calculated.
SOS is tested annually as it is a graded subject
PT exam is tested twice
K5 is tested annually as it is a graded subject
As for Class 10th all the optional subjects except ICT subject are graded
ICT had a board paper, 40 marks Theory + 10 marks Practical.
